Admiral Island & Port Owen Estates have built up an enviable reputation within Port Owen as well as on Admiral Island. Since the start of our business in 2005 we have regularly attended the Johannesburg Boat Show, the Cape Town International Boat Show, The Getaway Show in Johannesburg as well as a couple of road shows at Centurion Mall, Sandton Mall and Canal Walk to name but a few. In total we have attended over 20 shows and road shows over the past 4 years.
BROCHURE
We are the only estate agency to have printed our own dedicated brochure. The attached brochure, designed completely in-house is our second dedicated brochure and currently in its second print.
MAPS
We have always valued the requirement for good communication and within the first 6 months of opening our doors we designed our own dedicated map of the area on which is depicted each erf complete with erf number. There is thus complete accuracy in regard to what is being sold or bought. It has become an invaluable sales tool.
ADVERTISING
We have a strong belief in advertising and regularly flight advertisements in different media formats. Below is a copy of our advertisement in the SA Sailing Magazine.
SPONSORSHIP
We have for the past two years 2006 and 2007 sponsored the annual West Coast Cruise hosted by the Port Owen Yacht Club. This ensured that a couple of hundred people are walking around with our branded T-shirts and the media coverage we received was extensive
