Frank and Gail Stuyck moved to the West Coast (Port Owen) in 1984 when Frank accepted the position as Marina Manager at Port Owen. Both Frank and Gail have a vast amount of experience in all matters relating to the Marina, Velddrif, the Berg River, St. Helena Bay as well as the ancillary activities such as sailing, power boating etc. Having gained so much experience in the management and marketing of real estate, they decided to establish their own real estate company to serve the local-, national- and international property market. Admiral Island and Port Owen Estates (Pty) Ltd was founded in 2004 with Frank and Gail Stuyck as the two directors of the company.

They have both taken a keen interest in community life and Frank has over the years been commodore of the Port Owen Yacht Club, chairman of the Port Owen Marina Authority, chairman of the Local Tourism Association and president of the local Rotary Club. Gail in turn has been president of the local Inner Wheel Club.

MISSION STATEMENT

Port Owen Estates is a South African West Coast based real estate agency whose core service is to make the buying and selling of real estate a pleasant experience for the client. Our agents and support staff operate as an integrated team to offer our clients a professional thou personal service. We pride ourselves in having a good combination of experience, dedication and innovation to satisfy our clients’ needs while growing the company and adhering strictly to legislative requirements.
